Terran Coleman,
Personal Trainer

Terran has been a personal trainer for 7 years. He has a lifelong dedication to yoga and fitness that started at the age of 15. Over this 20 year span he has only become more passionate about guiding individuals to transform both physically and mentally by harmonizing their body and mind. 

 

Terran is a passionate advocate for holistic health and wellness and is dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey to mental and physical well-being. He has a background in personal training certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). Terran is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). He merges the principles of exercise science and yogic philosophy to create tailored wellness programs that address the unique needs of each individual.

 

Through yoga practice and fitness regimens, Terran has obtained a more balanced and healthy outlook on life. This has helped fuel his desire to help others. Terran feels his experiences and specific techniques benefit the community at large. 


During his free time, you can find Terran spending time in meditation, studying Buddhist and yogic texts, and occasional chess games with his friends.
