Kids and Family Yoga

Not only can yoga be beneficial for adults but it is also helpful for kids and teens. We will guide your kids to find mindfulness, emotional awareness and regulation, and gratitude for their bodies. We'll help them build connection between mind and body. We'll bring music with movement, play games, act silly, and build happy bodies. Give your kids the tools to empower their bodies and minds as they grow! 

Life is so busy today, and family is so important. Family yoga is an opportunity to slow down and be present together. Children, parents, and even grandparents enjoy practicing yoga together, strengthening their bonds while supporting each other and having fun.
