Massage Therapist

Nathan is a Clayton, North Carolina native. He is a husband, and a father to three young men. He is a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist and received his training at Johnston Community College in Smithfield, North Carolina.


Nathan is passionate about the body and mind connection. He finds purpose in helping people achieve a better quality of life. He is specialized in a variety of massage modalities and offers a combination of Swedish/relaxation massage, sports massage, deep tissue, trigger point, and pain management techniques. He is knowledgeable of various bodywork tools such as aromatherapy, cupping, percussion tools, and more.

 

Prior to joining the Mind and Body Therapeutic Connections team, Nathan worked at the top spa in Cary, North Carolina for 3 years. Over the course of his time there, Nathan became the spas most requested massage therapist. While there he worked with clients from all walks of life and learned to hone in on each client's individual needs.

 

Nathan sees himself as a forever student in the school of life. He has been on his own journey of rediscovery for over 7 years now. He loves to learn and grow as a person. Some of Nathan's favorite subjects are hypnosis, bodywork, neuroscience, growth mindset development, and body/mind dynamics. He is currently attending HMI College of Hypnotherapy out of Tarzana, California. In his free time, Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife and sons, being out in nature, and working out.
