We are in-network with BCBS, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, UMR, Optum/UBH, MedCost, Aetna, and Humana. We handle all of the billing for in-network for you. Not all providers are in-network with all of these companies, so contact us for more information on who accepts your insurance.

Self-pay and out-of-network options are available for services. We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, debit cards and HSA cards. We can provide you with documentation to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network.

Psychotherapy, Medication Management, and Medical Nutrition Therapy are covered under most insurance plans.

We are in network with United Healthcare for acupuncture.

We also accept VA referrals for acupuncture which covers the treatment at no cost to Veterans IF they are referred throught the appropriate channels.  

All other services are self-pay only.

Good Faith Estimate*

Under the Federal No Surprises Act (H.R. 133 – effective January 1, 2022), you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, our understanding is that health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance, or who are not using insurance for our services, an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.  The law is still being clarified for clients who utilize insurance.  Please feel free to request this Good Faith Estimate from your therapist at or before your next appointment.
