Arianna Morgan,

Arianna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from North Carolina State University. During her graduate studies, Arianna was a part of the HRSA Behavioral Health Workforce Expansion Training. Through this experience, she completed workshops and training to expand her knowledge of treatment modalities and evidence-based practices. She has worked with children, teens, and their families in community-based settings, specializing in underserved and high-risk populations. 

 

Arianna utilizes a strengths-based approach with a systems lens to work with children as young as 4 years old, teenagers, and young adults. She works with individuals on emotional regulation, anger management, anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), parenting skills, and more. Arianna is trained in ecosystemic structural family therapy and motivational interviewing but also draws from other modalities. She integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), internal family systems (IFS), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), person-centered, strength-based, and play therapy techniques throughout her treatment process. She is passionate about supporting the overall mental health and well-being of the children and families she serves.

 

Arianna was raised and continues to reside in the Garner area. Through her years of working in community-based services, she has built connections with local schools and resource organizations. She utilizes these connections to provide additional support to her clients, especially children and their parents.
 

Outside the office, Arianna can be found venturing all around the Triangle area hanging out with her fiance and friends, trying out new restaurants or antique shopping. She also loves to travel and it’s on her bucket list to visit every continent!
