Therapeutic Movement

It is common knowledge, supported by plenty of research, that movement can improve mental health, decrease risk of most diseases, and greatly improve overall health and wellness. Yet many find themselves up against barriers to engaging in movement. We aim to reduce barriers and create movement opportunities that you WANT to engage in, rather than should

We know how intimidating it can be to go into a large gym or yoga studio. Therefore, we provide therapeutic movement (i.e., fitness, yoga, yoga therapy) in our safe, supportive environment.

We offer a variety of therapeutic movement opportunities that are all designed to help you find joy in movement, strengthen your body, and support nervous system regulation. We aim to accommodate beginners, individuals with physical or emotional challenges, as well as those who may have experience but are looking for accountability or community. We meet you where you are with a non-judgemental approach where you can cultivate resilience, reduce stress and restore balance in both body and mind. We will challenge you, cheer you on, and leave you with a feeling of accomplishment!

Personal training, Private Yoga, and Yoga Therapy are private and individualized for you and your needs. Similarly, our classes are unique in that they are small, personalized, and intentional- designed with every body in mind. Our movement classes help participants learn body cues, develop a sense of safety and reconnect with movement in a way that feels empowering. We blend gentle fitness and therapeutic yoga with principles from somatic and polyvagal theory to provide a movement experience that is right for you.
