Deana Ayala is our Client Care Coordinator. She is a detail-oriented and self-motivated data management professional with a passion for organization, accuracy, and helping teams operate efficiently. She began her professional journey with a commitment to building strong communication and problem-solving skills in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.

Deana has continued to expand her professional knowledge through certifications in Healthcare Project Management and Generative AI. Her growing expertise reflects her dedication to lifelong learning and to staying current in today’s evolving digital landscape.

Before joining us at Mind and Body Therapeutics, Deana developed a strong foundation in customer service and operational support. She enhanced efficiency in donation processing and customer engagement. She then advanced to a Patient Coordinator role, where she managed patient scheduling, verified insurance, and maintained confidential records. Deana is now a part of our forward thinking team where she applies her data accuracy, client account management, and operational oversight skills in a dynamic setting.

In her spare time, Deana enjoys connecting with family, yoga, learning new technologies, reviewing innovative & practical gadgets and bike riding.
