Wendy Lehnertz,
Therapist, LMFT
Director of Supervision

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over twenty years of experience, Wendy brings valuable expertise and wisdom to our Supervision Team. She has experience operating her own practice and supervising fourteen therapists at her group practice in Arizona from 2010 to 2020. Since moving to North Carolina, she has continued to consult and supervise therapists across the country. Additionally, Wendy was instrumental in establishing the Marriage and Family Therapy Program at Fuller Seminary in Phoenix, Arizona, where she served as the Associate Director and a faculty member for eight years.
Driven by a commitment to ongoing training in research-based models (including EMDR, Gestalt, PACT, IFS-IFIO, and Sensorimotor), Wendy is well-equipped to support therapists and other professionals. Alongside providing psychotherapy to couples and individuals, one of her greatest passions is teaching and mentorship. As our Director of Supervision, she is a tremendous asset to the team, supervising our interns and newer therapists while also training and mentoring our Supervision Team.
