At Mind & Body, we want to reduce barriers for clients and provide a safe and comfortable place for participation in activities that are beneficial to healing. Yoga has been proven to produce positive outcomes for mental, physical, and spiritual health. We offer private yoga sessions, on site or in home, depending on your distance from our practice. Private yoga can be for individuals, partners, families, or friends. We can accomodate up to 5 people on site.
Private yoga is for those who need or prefer an individualized experience, want to get a group of friends together, want to bond together with their partner or family. Life is so busy today, and family is so important. Family yoga is an opportunity to slow down and be present together. Couples, children, parents, and even grandparents enjoy practicing yoga together, strengthening their bonds while supporting each other and having fun. If you are looking for an opportunity to connect as a family, with your kids, or with your partner, schedule a private session for your family. No matter your reason, we have you covered.
Our yoga instructors are Yoga Alliance Certified, which required completion of 200 hours of yoga teacher training. A couple of our instructors are furthering/have furthered their yoga training, going on to complete the 500 hour and 800 hour certifications.
