LaurenHeadshot.jpg

Lauren is originally from Austin, Texas, where she met her husband of 15 years. They love spending time together, whether it’s taking long walks, cooking, or learning Spanish. Lauren earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Hardin-Simmons University and her Master’s degree in Public Health Nutrition from Liberty University.

Before joining Mind and Body Therapeutic Connections, Lauren served as a client care coordinator at a chiropractic office and taught at Meredith College. She has been teaching group fitness for over 12 years, with a focus on strength training, HIIT, and functional movement.

Lauren believes in the power of movement and nutrition to transform lives. She’s committed to helping people find balance in their daily routines and sees fitness as more than just exercise—it’s a way to build confidence and overall well-being. What excites her most about group fitness is the way it makes working out enjoyable and motivating.

In addition to spending time with her husband, Lauren loves hiking, reading, and expressing herself through art. The beach is her happy place, and one of her life goals is to explore the Eastern coast by boat.
