Yoga Teacher, RYT-200
Meg's yoga journey began 28 years ago while pregnant and experiencing severe sciatica pain and hardly able to touch her knees, much less reach for her toes. Her mom suggested yoga. Every class left her amazed how much further she could stretch and relax simply thru intentional breathing and learning to accept her body for right where it was.
Twenty years and four children later, Meg came back to a regular yoga practice. Not to reach her toes but to reach the scattered parts of herself. Coming to the mat and into movement, stillness, and quiet; asking the questions "What do you want?" and "What do you need?" became a life saver. Taking time to breathe into what only you can give yourself AND deserve to give yourself is at the heart of her practice. This is what she feels called to share with others.
