Amanda Rametta,
Yoga Teacher, RYT-200

Amanda is a Wilmington native, who’s love for movement and music started at an early age. She grew up dancing and playing tennis, and loves movement of all kinds. She was introduced to yoga after graduate school in 2014 when her good friend and classmate dragged her to a class. Funny thing was...she was immediately hooked. In the Fall of 2016, she decided to
deepen her practice and completed her 50 hour Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training in 2016 followed by her RYT 200-hour certification. Amanda also completed a kids yoga training program through Growga in the Spring of 2021.

Amanda was instantly drawn to the challenging physical practice of asana, but as her practice evolved, she grew to experience and appreciate the mental and spiritual benefits of practicing yoga as well. She believes that yoga is a practice and that you should always meet yourself where you are each and every day. For Amanda, teaching is all about empowerment and
connection. She loves to incorporate weights in her flows, teach to the beat and share her passion for Yoga (especially to new yogis!)

During the day, Amanda works as a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist. She loves to be outdoors, and cannot spend enough time with her husband, Justin and their two daughters, Lennon and Nora.
